We are delighted to announce that Baby Buddy has been shortlisted for a Royal College of Midwives 2016 Midwifery Awards, in the consumer category - Best Online Resource for Mums and Mums to be.

This is the fourth prestigious award which the app has been nominated for since its launch in 2014. Baby Buddy has now been downloaded by over 56,000 people with over 1,000 more downloads happening every week.

Cathy Warwick, Chief Executive of the Royal College of Midwives, said: “Just to be shortlisted is a great achievement and I congratulate Best Beginnings on their achievement. We know that many pregnant women use the internet and apps to search for information about pregnancy, so having reliable sources for information and support is extremely

important. The Baby Buddy app is a wonderful example of this.

“All of those shortlisted have shown us how much passion, dedication and commitment there is to ensure pregnant women get the best information. I wish them the best of luck at the awards ceremony in March.”

The awards will be announced at a ceremony in London on Tuesday 8 March.

Wish us luck!
