On the 5th June we held our first Stakeholder Day for our Maternal Mental Health Film Project at the Coin Street Community Centre in London. Over 40 ‘Stakeholders’ came from all over the UK to share their expertise and experience, they came from a variety of backgrounds including; community support groups, nursing, midwifery, health visiting, child development and mental health services.  The day was about identifying the common themes for parents and professionals and how they should be represented on film.  We heard some moving stories and learnt a lot about how health and social care services can both help and hinder recovery. The insights and themes coming through the discussions were captured by our favourite Graphic Scribe, Jo Bradshaw.
