In addition to providing ongoing 24/7 support through our NHS approved Baby Buddy app, we are also offering free online Group and 1:1 Support to new and expectant mums, dads and other non-birth parents until the end of March.  

We have have partnered with Barnardo's on their See, Hear, Respond programme and with Bethel Health, Prosperitys and MumsAid to provide you with free extra support during this difficult time. We are offering:

Online Group Support Sessions 
You can join a small group of other expectant or new parents - we have separate groups for mums, dads, or other non-birth parents. Group support connects you to other parents, in a friendly space, providing relevant information for your parenting journey during the pandemic. You'll meet weekly for three or more weeks and together will be supported by two experienced facilitators. Topics covered include:

  • Managing Anxiety and Stress
  • Self Care
  • Preparing for Birth and the role of Birth Partner
  • Responsive feeding
  • Understanding your Baby and Good Sleep Practices
  • COVID-19 advice and other information and helpful resources

One-to-one Support
If you are struggling with antenatal or postnatal anxiety or concerns and need one-to-one support, we are providing this too. You'll have up to 3 hours of remote support with an experienced practitioner with the sessions customised to your needs.
