The new version of Baby Buddy from Best Beginnings has been selected as a finalist in the HealthTech Innovation of the Year category at the 2022 Digital Leaders 100 Awards.

The Digital Leaders 100 Awards, now in their 10th year, celebrate the individuals and organisations from the public, private and non-profit sectors who are demonstrating a pioneering and sustainable approach to digital transformation in the UK.

The winner of the HealthTech Innovation of the Year category, sponsored by ‘insoft’, will be announced at an award ceremony on June 23^rd 2022.

Baby Buddy 2.0 has been recognised for its expanded offering of support for fathers and co-parents, as well as birthing parents from conception to baby’s 1st birthday.

This evolution of Baby Buddy has established it as the first free mobile app in the UK that provides personalised daily information for fathers and co-parents every day on their pregnancy and parenting journey.

As a free public health intervention in the guise of an accessible app that supports all parents to give their children the best start in life, it is hoped that Baby Buddy will celebrate its first award since launching in November 2021.
