Head of Operations Contract: Initial 6-9 month contract, option to become permanent Salary: Band B; £55,000-£60,000 FTE, depending on experience Hours: 30-35 hours per week (full or part-time); Mondays and Wednesdays required The Role The Head of Operations is responsible for implementing Best Beginnings’ overall strategy on a day-to-day basis, being the senior leader responsible for delivering all of the organisations charitable activities. This includes line managing three members of the management team, and additional project managers for large scale funded delivery projects.
