On Wednesday 31^st January, Best Beginnings teamed up with Baby Dove to share the evidence based resources of the Baby Buddy app with staff at Tesco headquarters in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

Speaking with over 300 staff members over the course of the day, an afternoon engagement workshop allowed for smaller groups of women to share their experience during pregnancy and the early years, managing their own well-being, and peer support when returning to work.

The room was buzzing with conversations about key issues relating to self-care during pregnancy, and the value of a supportive network at home and at work. The workshop allowed for mums-to-be and mums returning to work to explore some of the 300+ films within Baby Buddy that are made with real parents and health care professionals.
