We have launched Baby Buddy Support Helpline available in our Baby Buddy app and accessible on our website, powered by Crisis Text Line and Shout.

Baby Baby Support Helpline uses a state-of-the art Artificial Intelligence and a powerful and effective U.S. operational model that relies on a several several hundred strong-trained Crisis Counsellor volunteer force under 24/7 clinical supervision. The purpose of the crisis messenger is to take people from a high risk to a low risk situation and to signpost longer term support, as necessary.

Crisis Text Line was developed in the United States in 2013 and has been imported to the UK for a national roll-out following its enormous success in the U.S. Watch here a video about Crisis Text Line:

This new feature offers support to parents, parents-to-be and any other involved friends and family in the UK as we do know that it having a baby can feel very overwhelming at times. We want to support new parents and soon-to-be parents with all the emotions that can arise during the parenting journey to ensure that their children have the best start in life.
